HOW CAN I CHANGE THE TIME TO 12 / 24 HOUR?
On your Pebble device, go to the main menu, settings, date & time and it will be the first option.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MILES TO KILOMETERS OR VICE VERSA?
Go to the Pebble app on your phone and look in the Settings page ( not the individual watchface setttings ). There will be an option to choose the unit format.
NONE OF THE HEALTH INFORMATION (STEPS, CALORIES, ETC.) IS SHOWING.
Go to the settings page for the respective watchface and turn off “Disable Health Features”. Orange means on and gray means off.
HOW DO I FORMAT THE FIXED LOCATION FOR THE WEATHER?
Use the following format: “City,Country” without quotes. For example, “Los Angeles,US” or “London,GB” or “Berlin,DE”. The country is entered as its ISO Alpha-2 code. You can check here for the ISO code match.
Alternatively, you can use “Zip Code,Country” if your city name has multiple locations.
THE WEATHER IS NOT UPDATING.
The weather data is cached so that it doesn’t look empty every time you load the watchface. Whenever new weather data is successfully received from the weather provider and sent to the watch, it is then updated. This means that if your weather settings are incorrect, it won’t update because there was an error. If you’re using GPS, check if it is turned on for your phone. If you’re using fixed location, please check the response above to see if you formatted it properly.
If your settings are correct, then the only explanation is due to a connection drop. The weather is periodically updated depending on the amount set for the Update Interval within the watchface settings page. If your internet connection drops when it attempts to update, it will try again. If it fails again, you will have to wait until the next update interval for it to refresh. In most cases, this is why the temperature doesn’t update and is more noticeable with less frequent updates (e.g. every hour). If you want to force a refresh, you can go to the main menu on your Pebble and back to the watchface. It automatically updates whenever the watchface is reloaded.
